Commercial Architecture Services for Retail Coffee Shop

Black Rifle Coffee Company hired Kardent Design for commercial architecture services. The initial phase of the project included developing brand design guidelines with stakeholders and Envoy for
BRCC. The project scope included architecture, structural, and MEP engineering for new ground-up construction with drive thru. The building received a completely new interior with a commercial kitchen, restrooms, retail area and eating areas with exterior patio. The project also included working with a design-build contractor on build out through construction.
