Tenant Improvement Services for Corporate Fitness Center

KARDENT’s tenant improvement architects partnered with Kilroy Realty Corporation to completely remodel the interior of the Aero Fitness Center, located inside the Premier Workspaces building at Aero Long Beach office park. Reflecting Aero’s cutting-edge style, our goal was to transform the gym space into a modern oasis that inspires and energizes Aero’s business residents.

Project scope in the 3,200 sq ft, one-story space included: 

• Interior Demolition: Removal of an existing acoustical ceiling to provide a higher, more open ceiling design.
• M&E: Mechanical and Electrical system work.
• Built-In Design: Creation of a customized reception desk. 
• Finishes: Flooring and walls with customized graphics.
• Gym Equipment: Consulting with a coordinator to outfit the space with state-of-the-art work out machines and an array of free weights and accessories.
• Amenity Upgrades: Modernized men’s and women’s locker rooms; including the shower areas, restrooms, and vanity areas.
