Erica joined KARDENT in October 2018, and has 10 years of experience in commercial, education, and city/public works projects. She joined KARDENT due to the great work environment and cultural fit. Her favorite part of working at KARDENT is the people. She enjoys seeing projects develop from schematic designs to final installation; no project is ever exactly the same. In her spare time, Erica likes finding the perfect antiques for her collections. She also loves caring for her six-year-old dog, Annie.

Erica holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design from Westwood College and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Her ce­rtifications are NCIDQ, CID, and she is an ASID Professional Member.
